eo-gid/doc is the internal MIME type for a primary key pointing to a  
document stored in the OGo document database (folders are also eo-gif/ 
doc, btw). And image/png is the MIME type _contained_ in that  
document object.

So why is a eo-gid being sent? Thats because OGo mailer creates a  
multipart/alternative mail for documents which contains:
a) the document content
b) the document reference
If you send a document to another user in the same OGo system, the  
user will be able to open the document directly (the mailer will  
ignore the content and directly branch to the reference).
