Recent trunk versions have a "[Configure]" link on the company
(contact/enterprise) search pages where a user can customize what
columns are displayed in the view.

Also provided is a "[Categories/ACLs]" link for performing bulk
operations on a search result;  adding/removing categories or setting
ACLs (permissions).
