Yes, you have to download files from
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24247

The ebuild : 
opengroupware-1.1.6.ebuild

And thoses in /files subdirectory
js2m.patch
Startup script
50_opengroupware.conf
The fixed opengroupware.conf.d
