I fixed the problem...;)

The problem was that the timezone tansmitted from sunbird contained the
timezone '/mozilla.org/somedate/Europe/Amsterdam'. Ofcourse was this
timezone not known by OGo, so after linking this path to the known
timezone Paris, the problem was solved
