SOGo does work on amd64 architecture so you could compile it by hand 
(since it has not yet been packaged for Debian). Regarding OGo, maybe 
the person in charge of the OGo package hasn't tried it yet... Or you 
could simply mail him/her to know why it would not work. Most of the 
time, porting a C-based application to 64bit architecture is quite 
trivial.
