I don't think it works that way.  This makes OGo request basic
authentication;  I've never been able to make it 'trust' Apache.  I do
not think that feature, if it is actually implemented or intended,
works.

If you need to authenticate multiple services against a common set of
users you should use a directory server (LDAP).  For real SSO you need
to implement a fix for Bug#1121 and user GSSAPI or NTLM in Apache.
