If you're having trouble with the key, you'll want to set gpgcheck=0  
in yum.conf.  I couldn't find the key.

If you can find the  key, just do a "rpm --import <URL_TO_KEY>" then  
you  can leave gpgcheck=1 in yum.conf.

Good luck.  You do need to make sure PostgreSQL.  Run the "yum  
install ogo-meta".  After that is done, you may need to run: "yum  
install ogo-database-setup"
