[OGo-Users] edit appointment, change from all day to a time not working

Hi,

I wanted to edit an already existing appointment, change the time from an 
all day appointment to only a given time on that day.

When I check and uncheck the all day checkbox, the date fields for end and 
start date jump left and right, but no time input fields show up.

Is this known to anybody, or maybe already fixed in svn? If not, I'd create 
a bug report.
