The Palm packages don't work with current versions of pilot-link or Palm
OS (Garnet) anyway.

WMOGAG is focused on the configuration/administration of OGo;  using OGo
should be pretty straight forward, but there is
http://www.opengroupware.org/en/users/docs/ogo-userguide-0.9.pdf which
aspired to being a "user guide".  It is unmaintained and incomplete but
far from worthless.
