I use Debian/Postfix/Cyrus here, though still under Sarge.

Postfix will receive mail and deliver it direct to Cyrus, using LMTP. 
You can then filter with Sieve. You should find a README in the Cyrus 
package for how to set up delivery from Postfix.

I think people *have* made procmail work with Cyrus, but you would be 
making a rod for your own back.
