Is there a GroupDav URL to get the global address list?  I found a 
Thunderbird extension that adds the ability to have GroupDav address 
books.  It seems to work well for individual users getting read (and 
actually write) access to their Contacts.  I want to add another address 
book with the company addresses in it.  I am currently using LDAP for 
the company book, but my users hate having to type a '.' to populate 
their list.  The TB GroupDav address book connection auto populates so 
that will make my uses happy.
