Ok, pointing to either of those URLs returns nothing.  I took a user and 
created a new contact, made it public (or rather not private) ,  and as 
suspected the Urls return that new contact.  So as an  address sharing 
mechanism, that is great.

I was unclear. I was still refering to the GAL not the "Companies" 
object. I think the Enterprises url is referring to the Companies object...

What I am really after is a list of my OGo users email addresses 
populated at a GroupDav url so that I can connect the GroupDav connector 
address book to it.  If this is a permission issue, where do I need to 
tell OGo to give permission to my users to access the user email list?  
In the OGo web interface logged in as a user and on the Contacts page, I 
do see the list I am after. Actually that list has everything in it, 
private addresses of the current user, public addresses, and OGo user 
addresses.
