[OGo-Users] Kill rogue webui automatically

Once in a while the ogo-webui-1.1 process fails and eats all cpu cycles on
my groupware server. I have written a small shellscript which monitors the
process list og kills ogo-webui-1.1 if it keeps eating cycles.
