"rcogo-webui start" ... command not found ... so I'll have to look for that.

I did a search for files "Ogo*.log" in the File System and no file by that
name could be found.

What are "logging directories, etc" ?

Did you start the instance?  "rcogo-webui start" or your distributions
equivalent.

Maybe the logs don't go there on debian...?  You'd need a Debian user to
answer that; they must go somewhere.

Your package manager should have created logging directories, etc... for
you.
