Odd!  Are you using Apache for anything else on this box?

Try -
 <LocationMatch ^/OpenGroupware*>=20
 - instead of -
 <LocationMatch ^/OpenGroupware>
 - in ogo-webui.conf; that might be a bug in my files (although that it
works locally and not remotely is weird).

Download the TGZ, unpack it into an empty folder, rpm -Fvh *.rpm,
restart services [if they don't restart automatically, I don't remember]
