As user "ogo":
Defaults write ogo-zidestore-1.5 WOHttpAdaptor_LogStream YES
 - then - 
Defaults write ogo-zidestore-1.5 WOHttpAdaptor_LogStream NO
 - when you want to turn it off again.

The literal exchange between the client and the server should be
recorded in the error log (ogo-zidestore-1.5-err.log?).
