We're currently running on an Exchange standard 2003 server which is
basically at end of life because they won't sell us an upgrade to
enterprise for 2003... they want to sell us a 2007 license which is cost
prohibitive right now. We must do something because we have hit the 75
Gb email store limit standard imposes.

Currently, I have a running OGo installation that is authenticating off
of Active Directory (thanks to the opengroupware documentation site
coverage on it and no thanks to many hours trying to diagnose why it
wasn't working due to a one-character type-o in the NSGlobalDomain.plist
file).
=20
My install is on Debian and I was actually able to pretty easily follow
the Debian 4 install even though I am running on testing(Lenny). There
weren't any real hitches to the install (aside from my plist defaults
file misspelling). I just added the repo and followed the docs already
available.

OGo already threatens to boot Exchange off our network, but one thing is
left - data migration. I'm in the process of working out an imap email
sync from Exchange, but I will still need to work out a way to migrate
Calendars and Contacts over. I read that this is possible via webDAV,
but I have not seen any references as to how it is actually done. I am
posting here to see if there is anything already created for doing this.
If not, I may write up a script to do it and post up a little howto once
it's done.

Thanks for a great solution to our Exchange woes!
