That absolutely won't work.  GroupDAV support, and certainly any CalDAV
compatibility patches, are all post 1.0

Nah, Evolution support is pretty bad.  No one is maintaining the
GroupDAV connector;  not to mention that Evolution on Windows is really
rough.
