This is a timezone issue;  you need to map the timezone sunbird uses to
a valid timezone in ZideStore.  This is pretty trivial, you just use
sym-links in the timezone files provided by libfoundation.

I think this is a known issue;  there isn't a reliable way to do
reminders that I'm aware of.   We use XMPP to send reminders based of
the reminder value in appointments.
