sope45? trunk is built against sope47 AFAIK.
WMOGAG has a section on OpenGroupware versions:

Everything required appears to be in
http://download.opengroupware.org/nightly/packages/fedora-core6/trunk/
but the fact the packages haven't updated since late June indicates
something must be wrong.

My advice is always to forget Yum and all the silly repository crap.
Download the packages to a folder and do a "rpm -Uvh *.rpm".
