[OGo-Users] missing defaults

I am planning on switching my Ogo to a new server so I recently reinstalled
ogo onto a new server and transferred the database and noticed that ogo has
no defaults - as user ogo I get nothing when I enter Defaults read - also
there are no plist files under
/var/lib/opengroupware.org/.libFoundation/Defaults - that directory is empty
The server seems to run fine - no errors in the log files.
How is this possible? Is this a big problem? And where is the script that
loads these defaults?
