[OGo-Users] We have build new theme for ogo 1.1

Thanks to all of you.
No it's not hardcoded but we made mistake in folder hierarchy. We have
to work on it.
And I think tarball are not correct too (missing image I think).
I will try to correct this next week.

I don't know for now but I think That themes will be GPL or LGPL.
