Don't know what you want to do but the documentId is not a user  
accessible ID. In fact its not a valid marker since there can be  
multiple 'documentIds' per document (check-out copy, versions, etc).  
Well and of course there are no docIds for FS projects anyways.

You can use the path of the file as an identifier (eg its exposed in  
the download link). You can even refer to versions using ';' (eg  
hello.txt;3).
