Bump up to 2097 (at least) and the tasks folder will work.

Then I would definitely recommend setting the nokeepalive and see what
happens.  The keep alive issue has been reported specifically with
JGroupDAV and is possibly related to just how the Java assemblies do
WebDAV.

If you want/need a file-oriented approach then WebDAV is the solution.

P.S. Is it possible to configure your mail client to do quoting
correctly? How it is set currently makes replying a bit awkward.
