yes, I know, but the skyaptnotify is run every 5 minutes via cron. And every 
5 minutes I get the same e-mails about booked resources. 
AFAIK it should only send these messages once, when the notification time 
configured for that resource is due and then ignore this resource for this 
appointment on subsequent skyaptnotify runs.

IIRC I've seen resource notifications were working this way with older 
versions before.
