Thanks, but that would mean that everybody can change any appointment. This 
is unfortunately not what I wanted. I have default write access for the 
secretaries set for the template user, so for these it is working. But 
sometimes when they create appts. for someone else, they miss to add these 
persons to have write access too. This is making things a bit complicated.
