I did not implemented anything regarding the topic. I just said, how it is
right now, however you name it group or category.

Unfortunately you removed the important part, here it is again ;) :
I configured a group projectors, containing projector1 and
projector2. Then I created an appointment in the morning, using projector1,
and one in the afternoon, using projector2. Then I took the proposal
function, tried to create a new whole day appt., on the same day as the
other two appointments, and I choose the group Projectors. Then OGo told me,
there are no free timeslots available, but that is not true.
I think, Adams idea, with handling resources like participants, and having
the ability to set the participant-role accordingly, sounds nice too.
