Hmmm, I have a script which (using wget) regularly tries to retrieve  
the log-in page and if this fails re-starts the web ui.

Will try that.  They go into NSGlobalDomain.plist, I guess?

Exchange is real crap!!!  Unfortunately, we are only a tiny  
sub-division of a bigger organisation, which also controls the  
Firewall, so I actually *have* to use it.
