Because Cadaver is a WebDAV client, not sure whether it will work  
properly for what you want to do. (because the target is a non-WebDAV  
resource).

You need to attach /ics if you want to push/pull a whole Calendar.

I think your URLs can't work with Cadaver, because those are WebDAV/ 
GroupDAV URLs and you connect with a WebDAV client.

No, not really. I think new ones may not start with a number.
