[OGo-Users] Appointment creation: preset data?

Hi all,

I have a question regarding the appointment creation in OgO 1.1.7  
(self-compiled, on Ubuntu 7.10).

Now, when a user clicks "new" to create a new appointment, the whole  
company (i.e. the team) is preset as participant, the the visibility is  
set to "private".  As people tend to be fast, the result is that they  
create private appointments, inviting the whole company...

Is there any possibility to change these pre-set values, e.g. to /only/  
the person as participant and to "public" visibility?  This would be  
really helpful...
