Yes, business card mode.  In the Contacts WebUI application just click
"Business Card Gathering" and you can enter contact/enterprise
information at once.  =20

This is also exposed in the zOGI API
<http://code.google.com/p/zogi/wiki/businessCard> for doing the same
thing from scripts;  creating multiple objects in one operation.

Because it doesn't make sense.  An enterprise just isn't a field it is
an object that can be associated with multiple contacts.
