I'm not certain, but I think components.cfg might be a hold over from
the distant past.  My copy of the SKYRiX 4.x admin manual talks about a
components.cfg file,  I believe for doing things like changing colors,
etc... I can't verify that as I don't have it with me.

Interesting that the OOo themese doesn't have a components.cfg
