[OGo-Users] Job errors in webui

I'm going to re-install SuSE and OGO.  I think that in moving between 3 
different distros, and 3 different sets of RPMs something has got 
futzed....

This is bound to be operator error :-)

Something is getting a string (I guess) that is expecting an array or
dictionary [hence the call to count].   That is pretty odd, we create at
least dozens of tasks every day.
