[OGo-XML-RPC] NSBoolNumber (instance) does not recognize count info

Patches are welcome! Really, you got so far with the analysis you could 
have checked in a fix ;-)

I've added a maybe-fix, try Svn r1526 and see whether the issue 
persists.
