[OGo-XML-RPC] Important note to zOGI users

Users of the zOGI ZideStore bundle are strongly encouraged to update to
the latest version (OpenGroupware r2043 or Google Code version r743).

The latest update contains a collection of important bug fixes,
including a couple of memory leaks,  and provides very significant
improvements in performance.

I also recommend that user's of the zOGI PHP wrapper check out zogi
+memcache.  This makes using zOGI in PHP apps in conjunction with
memcache very simple;  can offer a really noticeable reduction in server
load and improvement in application response time.  It also adds the
feature of "cached searches" - in our in-house CRM application a user
can return to their search results almost instantly (0.012 seconds,
